Summary

Après la première phrase de l’article L. 121‑7 du code de l’urbanisme, est insérée une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Les dispositions de la présente sous-section s’appliquent aux documents d’urbanisme. Elles s’appliquent directement aux autorisations d’urbanisme seulement lorsqu’un plan local d’urbanisme n’est pas applicable ou qu’il ne comporte pas les éléments prévus aux articles L. 151‑4 et L. 151‑5 relatifs à l’urbanisation du littoral. »
