Après l’alinéa 2, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Pour les crimes mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article 706‑47 du code de procédure pénale, lorsqu’ils sont commis sur des mineurs, l’action publique se prescrit par trente années à compter du jour où l’infraction a été commise, et en cas de tentative, à compter de la majorité de ces derniers. »
