Après le premier alinéa de l’article 706‑52 du code de procédure pénale, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Toute audition d’un enfant victime au cours de l’enquête sera réalisée selon le protocole « National Institute of Child Health and Human Development » (NICHD) par un officier de police judiciaire ou par un gendarme spécialement formés. »
