Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 143, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Le mode de calcul précité ne peut aboutir à une baisse, par rapport à l’année 2019, des prélèvements mentionnés au IV de l’article 2 et à l’article 5 de la loi n° 94‑1131 du 27 décembre 1994 portant statut fiscal de la Corse. » II. – Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « X. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts. »
