Summary

I. – Le B de l’article 278‑0 bis du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : a) Après le mot : « chaleur », sont insérés les mots : « ou de froid » ; b) Les mots « lorsqu’elle est produite » sont remplacés par les mots : « produite ». c) Après le mot : « thermique », sont insérés les mots : « des énergies marines renouvelables, ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits prévus aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
