Summary

I. – L’article 157 bis du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Au début du deuxième alinéa, le montant : « 2 448 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 4 896 € » ; 2° Au début du troisième alinéa, le montant : « 1 224 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 2 448 € ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
