Summary

I. – L’article 1522 bis du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa du I, les mots : « peuvent instituer » sont remplacés par le mot :« instituent » ; 2° Au troisième alinéa du I, le taux : « 10 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 30 % » ; 3° Au premier alinéa du III, les mots : « Lorsqu’il est fait application du présent article, » sont supprimés ; 4° Le second alinéa du III est supprimé. II. – L’article 1525 du code général des impôts est abrogé.
