Summary

Après le premier alinéa de l’article 521‑1 du code pénal, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le fait d’être responsable soit d’un établissement d’élevage, de vente, de location ou de transit d’animaux d’espèces domestiques, en violation des interdictions ou des prescriptions prévues par les dispositions des articles L. 214‑6, L. 214‑7 et L. 214‑8 du code rural et de la pêche maritime est puni de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de 30 000 euros d’amende. »
