Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 2 : «  Art. L. 4001‑3 . – I. – Pour des actes à visées préventive, diagnostique ou thérapeutique, un professionnel de santé peut proposer au patient d’utiliser, pour la réalisation des actes, un traitement algorithmique de données massives. Le professionnel de santé doit informer le patient en amont de cette utilisation et des modalités d’action de ce traitement afin que ce dernier puisse prendre une décision éclairée. »
