I. – Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 19 : « L’enfant instruit dans la famille est rattaché administrativement à la circonscription ou à l’établissement d’enseignement scolaire public, définis réglementairement par la carte scolaire. » ; II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 26, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « b bis ) La même phrase est complétée par les mots : « , notamment les conditions dans lesquelles il est préparé à s’insérer dans la vie sociale, en bénéficiant d’une socialisation au-delà de sa famille, adaptée à son âge. » ;
