Summary

Après l’article L. 1211‑7‑1 du code de la santé publique, il est inséré un article L. 1211‑7‑2 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 1211‑7‑2 . – Toute greffe réalisée à l’étranger sur un citoyen français ou étranger résidant habituellement sur le territoire français est inscrite dans le registre national de patients transplantés à l’étranger, géré par l’Agence de la biomédecine. Les conditions de fonctionnement et de gestion du registre sont déterminées par décret en Conseil d’État. »
