Summary

Le III de l'article L. 122-1-1 du code de l'environnement est ainsi modifié : 1° À la fin du troisième alinéa, les mots « , sauf si des dispositions particulières en disposent autrement » sont supprimés ; 2° Après le même alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Cette disposition n’est pas applicable à l’enquête préalable à la déclaration d’utilité publique mentionnée au second alinéa de l’article L. 110‑1 du code de l’expropriation pour cause d’utilité publique. »
