Rétablir cet article dans la rédaction suivante : « L’article L. 181‑28‑2 du code de l’environnement est ainsi modifié : « 1° Le premier alinéa est ainsi modifié : «  a) Après le mot : « limitrophes », sont insérés les mots : « et à l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre » ; «  b) La seconde occurrence du mot : « un » est remplacée par le mot : « deux ». « 2° À la première phrase du deuxième alinéa, le mot : « un » est remplacé par le mot : « deux » ; « 3° Au troisième alinéa, le mot : « un » est remplacé par le mot : « deux ». »
