Après l’alinéa 46, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « 10° bis L’article L. 232‑1 est ainsi modifié : «  a)  Aux premier, deuxième et dixième alinéas, le mot : « involontaire » est supprimé. «  b)  Le dixième alinéa est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Si l’homicide est caractérisé comme intentionnel, la peine de prison est portée à quinze ans. »
