Rédiger ainsi le 1° du I de l’alinéa 1 :  « 1° Les trois derniers alinéas sont remplacés par deux alinéas ainsi rédigés : « La garantie de l’État prévue au présent article ne peut être accordée pour des opérations ayant pour objet la recherche, l’extraction, la production, le transport et le stockage de charbon et d’hydrocarbures liquides ou gazeux. « Elle ne peut pas être accordée pour des opérations ayant pour objet la production d’énergie à partir de centrales thermiques émettant plus de 100 g CO2/kWh. »
