Summary
Le deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2123‑12 du code général des collectivités territoriales est ainsi modifié : 1° Les mots : « sont encouragés à » sont remplacés par les mots : « doivent » ; 2° Est ajoutée une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Ils doivent également être sensibilisés aux grands enjeux de développement durable. »
