Le II de l’article 17 de la loi n° 2016‑1691 du 9 décembre 2016 relative à la transparence, à la lutte contre la corruption et à la modernisation de la vie économique est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les 3° à 8° ne s’appliquent qu’aux sociétés ou groupes de sociétés ou établissements publics à caractère industriel et commercial employant au moins cinq mille salariés. »
