Après l’alinéa 9, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : «  c) Après le deuxième alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’arrêté est adopté pour une période définie, dans un périmètre précis et fixe le calendrier des interdictions de circulation programmées pour cette même période sur ce périmètre. Ce calendrier peut être modifié par les autorités compétentes durant sa période de validité, si des ajustements sont nécessaires. »
