I. – Compléter l’alinéa 13 par la phrase suivante : « Il communique également à la personne et, le cas échéant, à la personne chargée d’une mesure de protection juridique avec assistance ou représentation relative à la personne un compte rendu anonymisé des débats de la réunion du collège pluriprofessionnel. » II. – En conséquence, compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « II. – L’article 18 de la présente loi n’est pas applicable aux professionnels mentionnés à l’article 6 de la présente loi. »
