Summary

L’article 221‑18 du code pénal est ainsi modifié : 1° Après le 4°, il est inséré un 4° bis ainsi rédigé : « 4° bis Le conducteur a volontairement inhalé du protoxyde d’azote en dehors de tout acte médical ; » 2° Le dernier alinéa est ainsi modifié : a) Le mot : « dix » est remplacé par le mot : « quinze » ; b) Le montant : « 150 000 euros » est remplacé par le montant : « 250 000 euros ».
