Après l’alinéa 9, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « L’interdiction prévue au premier alinéa n’est pas applicable lorsque la sollicitation intervient dans le cadre d’une opération de parrainage, sous réserve que le professionnel informe le consommateur parrainé, lors du contact téléphonique, de l’identité du consommateur parrain intermédiaire, sans possibilité de réutilisation ni de conservation des coordonnées du parrainé sauf consentement exprès de ce dernier. »
