Summary

L’article 321-6 du code pénal est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Toute personne apportant une aide directe ou indirecte aux trafiquants de stupéfiants, notamment en tenant un rôle de guetteur, de logisticien, ou en assurant la planque des produits stupéfiants, est punie de cinq ans d’emprisonnement et 75 000 euros d’amende. En outre, la confiscation de l’ensemble des biens mobiliers et immobiliers acquis directement ou indirectement grâce à ces infractions est automatiquement prononcée, sauf décision contraire dûment motivée du juge. »
