Summary

Dans un délai de six mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport évaluant l’opportunité de créer une taxe basée sur le chiffre d’affaires ou sur le bénéfice imposable des entreprises de la filière agricole dont l’activité principale est dédiée à la réalisation de produits agroalimentaires, taxe destinée à financer un fonds de régulation et de péréquation de soutien aux acteurs de la filière en difficulté.
