Summary

L’article 222‑34 du code pénal est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Lorsque le transport, la détention, l’offre, la cession, l’acquisition ou l’emploi illicites de stupéfiants est commis aux abords ou à l’intérieur d’un établissement scolaire, universitaire ou d’une structure accueillant des mineurs, la peine encourue est portée au maximum prévu pour l’infraction concernée. La juridiction compétente peut également prononcer une interdiction de paraître dans un périmètre de 500 mètres autour de ces établissements pour une durée pouvant aller jusqu’à dix ans. »
