L’article L. 1222‑12 du code des transports est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les conventions relatives à l’exécution des services de transport ferroviaire de voyageurs d’intérêt régional et d’intérêt national contiennent des dispositions relatives à la possibilité de suspension des abonnements en cas de perturbation et à la mise en place, en cas de grèves, de dédommagements forfaitaires automatiques et proportionnels au nombre de jours de grève. »
