Summary

L’article L. 351‑3 du code de l’éducation est ainsi modifié : 1° Le premier alinéa est ainsi modifié : a)  Après la référence : « article L. 442‑1 », sont insérés les mots : « ou à l’article L. 442‑3 » ; b)  Après la troisième occurrence du mot, sont insérés les mots : « l’avant-dernier alinéa de » ; 2° Après le mot : « recruté », la fin de la seconde phrase du deuxième alinéa est ainsi rédigée : « conformément aux modalités définies à l’avant-dernier alinéa de l’article L. 917‑1 du présent code. ».
