Après l’alinéa 83, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Préalablement aux demandes de l’Autorité mentionnées aux deux premiers alinéas, l’Autorité consultera les personnes mentionnées au 1 du I de l’article 6 de la loi n° 2004‑575 du 21 juin 2004 pour la confiance dans l’économie numérique et les moteurs de recherche ou annuaires afin de recueillir leur avis sur la faisabilité de la mesure demandée. »
