L’article L. 351‑3 du code de l’éducation est ainsi modifié : 1° Le premier alinéa est ainsi modifié : a) Après la référence : « article L. 442‑1 », sont ajoutés les mots : « ou à l’article L. 442‑3 » ; b) Après les mots : « apportée par », la fin de l’alinéa est ainsi rédigée : « un accompagnant des élèves en situation de handicap recruté conformément aux modalités définies à l’avant-dernier alinéa de l’article L. 917‑1. » 2° Il est procédé à la même substitution à la seconde phrase du deuxième alinéa.
