Summary

L’article L. 228‑2 du code de l’environnement est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Un label peut être attribué aux communes de plus de 3 500 habitants qui proposent sur plus de 80 % des voies de circulation des itinéraires cyclables pourvus d’aménagements sous forme de pistes, marquages au sol ou couloirs indépendants. Les modalités d’attribution du label sont définies par un arrêté du ministre chargé des transports. »
