Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : «  Art. L. 111‑10‑4-4 . – À compter du 1 er janvier 2022, avant un acte de démolition ou de réhabilitation significative de bâtiments, le maître d’ouvrage est tenu de garantir que le démontage, le tri des flux distincts de matériaux et la collecte de certains produits non essentiels à l’intégrité et à la sécurité structurelle du bâtiment ont été réalisés afin de limiter la contamination des matériaux à récupérer après la démolition. Les produits soumis à cette obligation sont précisés par décret. »
