Summary

L’article L. 2221‑11 du code général des collectivités territoriales est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé :   « L’établissement d’un budget annexe est facultatif pour l’installation et l’exploitation d’ouvrages de production d’énergie solaire thermique ou photovoltaïque dont l’électricité produite est principalement destinée à l’autoconsommation par la commune. Le montant de recettes au-delà duquel la création d’un budget annexe est obligatoire est déterminé par voie réglementaire. »
