I. - Après l'alinéa 1, insérer l'alinéa suivant : « 1° A Au I de l’article L. 551‑1, les mots : « présente pas de garanties de représentation effectives propres à prévenir le risque » sont remplacés par les mots : « peut quitter immédiatement le territoire français » ; II. - En conséquence, compléter cet article par l'alinéa suivant: « 9° Au  b du I de l’article L. 561‑2, les mots : « tel que défini aux 1° à 12° du II de l’article L. 551‑1 » sont remplacés par les mots : « en application du II de l’article L. 551‑1 ». »
