Summary

L’article 706‑47 du code de procédure pénale est ainsi modifié : 1° Au 4°, la référence : « 222‑31‑1 » est remplacée par la référence : « 222‑33 » ; 2° Au 7°, les mots : « d’un mineur » sont supprimés ; 3° Il est ajouté un 14° ainsi rédigé : « 14° Délit d’incitation à commettre un crime ou un délit à l’encontre d’un mineur prévu à l’article 227‑28‑3 du même code. »
