Avant le dernier alinéa de l’article 706-53-2 du code de procédure pénale, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Par dérogation au dixième alinéa, les décisions sont inscrites quelle que soit la durée de la peine dès lors que la victime des délits prévus à l’article 706-47 est mineure. »
