Summary

I. – Au 1° du 2 bis  de l’article 200 et au 1° du f du 1 de l’article 238 bis du code général des impôts, les mots : « par l’immeuble » sont remplacés par les mots : « au profit du propriétaire de l’immeuble personne physique ou société civile ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
