Summary

I. – Après l’article 219 du code général des impôts, il est inséré un article 219 bis ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 219  bis . – Les redevables de l’impôt sur les sociétés prévu à l’article 206 du code général des impôts ne peuvent pas être assujettis à un taux implicite d’imposition inférieur à 15 % de leurs bénéfices passibles de cet impôt. » II. – Le I s’applique aux exercices ouverts à compter du 1 er janvier 2020. »
