Summary

I. – La dernière phrase du premier alinéa du I de l’article 244 quater B du code général des impôts est complétée par les mots : « et à compter du 1 er  janvier 2019 dans des exploitations situées en Corse ». II. – Le I n’est applicable qu’aux sommes venant en déduction de l’impôt dû. III. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
