Summary

I. – L’article 790 A bis du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : A. – Le I est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa, le montant : « 100 000 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 200 000 € » ;  2° Au premier alinéa du a , après le mot : « petite », sont insérés les mots : « et moyenne » . B. – À la fin du II, la date : « 30 juin 2021 » est remplacée par la date : « 30 juin 2022 ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
