Summary

I. – À la première phrase du 7° du II de l’article 150 U du code général des impôts, après les mots : « organisme bénéficiant de l'agrément relatif à la maîtrise d'ouvrage prévu à l'article L. 365-2 du même code » sont insérés les mots : «, à un organisme de foncier solidaire en vue de la conclusion d’un bail réel solidaire visé à l’article L255-1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l'État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d'une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts. »
