Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 6, insérer l'alinéa suivant : « c) Il est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : "La redevance sur la consommation d’eau potable n’est pas due en Guadeloupe et à Mayotte pour la période allant de 2024 à 2027. » II. – La perte de recettes résultant pour l’État du présent article est compensée, à due concurrence, par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens.
