Summary

I. - Le deuxième alinéa du I de l’article 219 du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Les taux : « 31 % », « 28 % » et « 26,5 % » sont respectivement remplacés par les taux : « 25,8 % », « 22,7 % » et « 21,2 % » ; 2° Il est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Pour les exercices ouverts à compter du 1 er janvier 2022, il est fixé à 19,8 %. » I I. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à du r e concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits prévus aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
