Summary

I. – Le A du II de la section VII du chapitre I er du titre I er de la deuxième partie du livre I er du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° L’article 1522 bis est ainsi modifié : a) Au premier alinéa du I, les mots : « peuvent instituer » sont remplacés par le mot : « instituent » ; b) Au premier alinéa du III, les mots : « Lorsqu’il est fait application du présent article, » sont supprimés ; c) Le second alinéa du même III est supprimé ; 2° L’article 1525 est abrogé.
