Taking into account the fact that the enforcement of public safety requirements is the responsibility of the respective state government?<br />

What contractual requirements exist from the federal authorities for the awarding of repair and maintenance services to private providers with regard to ensuring public safety, especially in the area of the Bundeswehr and police, and which ones?
