Summary

Par dérogation, pour tout immeuble de plus de dix ans mis en copropriété et situé dans les collectivités relevant de l’article 73 de la Constitution, à la demande écrite d’au moins un copropriétaire, le diagnostic technique global et le plan pluriannuel de travaux en découlant sont obligatoirement réalisés dans un délai maximum d’un an et mis en œuvre dans un délai maximum de cinq ans sous la responsabilité du syndic de copropriété.
