I. - Au premier alinéa de l’article L. 2121‑8, par deux fois au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2121‑9, au premier alinéa de l’article L. 2121‑12, à la deuxième phrase de l’article L. 2121‑19 et à la première phrase de l’article L. 2121‑27‑1 du code général des collectivités territoriales, le nombre : « 3 500 » est remplacé par le nombre : « 500 ». II. - Le présent article entre en vigueur lors du deuxième renouvellement général des conseils municipaux suivant la publication de la présente loi.
