Après le 6° de l’article L. 312‑4 du code de l’action sociale et des familles, il est inséré un 7° ainsi rédigé : « 7° Prévoient, en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique et à la Réunion, la mise en place d’actions spécifiques pour garantir le soutien à l’autonomie et à la qualité de vie des personnes âgées. Ces actions prennent en compte le rôle des aidants, particulièrement sur les territoires dépourvus d’établissements accueillant des personnes âgées. »
