Summary

Après le premier alinéa de l’article L. 300‑1 du code de l’urbanisme, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé :  « Un projet urbain contribue notamment à atteindre les objectifs de sobriété foncière, de protection des espaces naturels, agricoles et forestiers, ce projet de préservation des fonctionnalités des sols, de lutte contre l’imperméabilisation, contre les ilots de chaleur ou de développement des services aux usagers. »
