Après l’article L. 1411‑6-2 du code de la santé publique, il est inséré un article L. 1411‑6-3 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 1411‑6-3. – À compter du 1 er janvier 2024, il est instauré un programme de repérage systématique des fragilités, dont les modalités de mise en œuvre sont définies dans un cahier des charges fixé par décret. »
