Substituer aux alinéas 3 et 4 les quatre alinéas suivants : «  Art. 343 . – L’adoption est une institution protectrice de l’enfant. « L’intérêt supérieur de l’enfant est la considération primordiale en la matière. « Les besoins spécifiques de l’enfant font l’objet d’une attention toute particulière de la part du juge qui prononce l’adoption. « L’adoption peut être demandée par deux époux non séparés de corps, mariés depuis plus de deux ans ou âgés l’un et l’autre de plus de vingt-huit ans. »
