Summary

Au début du titre II de la loi n° 71‑1130 du 31 décembre 1971 portant réforme de certaines professions juridiques et judiciaires, il est ajouté un article 54 A ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 54 A . – La consultation juridique consiste en une prestation intellectuelle personnalisée tendant, sur une question posée, à la fourniture d’un avis ou d’un conseil fondé sur l’application d’une règle de droit en vue, notamment, d’une éventuelle prise de décision. »
